Wanted to hear other people's take on this- I received an offer for an associate position in my preferred sector and city with a competitive salary. I am concerned however that if I take the position I will not get the required mentor ship and training as the analyst I would be under was just promoted and has been in the industry for 4-5 years compared to other firms where the analysts are more well established. Is this a legitimate concern and should I apply to other places or just take the offer and see how it goes?
