Equity Research at Bulge Bracket AM
What's the pay like for a buyside junior research associate (out of undergrad) at a large bulge bracket asset manager (think GSAM, JPMAM, etc.)? Offer letter says $85K base and I know the lifestyle is nice - but what about year-end bonuses? Should I expect the same ballpark as regular AM analyst pay (i.e. not research)?
