Equity Research Junior Summer Internship Recruiting Timeline

I'm currently a sophomore finance major at a semi-target, and I was wondering if anyone that either did an ER junior summer internship, anyone working in ER full-time, or anyone that knows the ER recruiting process could comment on the recruiting timeline for ER junior summer internships. Would appreciate any insight.
