ER Coffee Interview Follow up - Asking For Interview Guidance?

Last week I had the opportunity to meet with an ER associate and his manager regarding an associate role that's currently open for candidates. It was a great chat and I learned a lot about what my role would be as an associate and what they are looking for. Assuming this was 1) a "screening" interview before the real interview and 2) I passed the screen, I have some questions about how to follow up.

I have my follow-up email drafted which isn't a big deal (I'm not going to be the guy to ask for a template..), but my question - Is it OK to ask more about the interview dates and nature of the interview? This is a young associate, so I'm wondering if it would be OK to ask about how the interview will be structured, and how I can prepare? For example, If I go into the interview with 3 solid large-cap pitches and they ask for a small-cap pitch, I will be fucked.

Anyways, I've spent too much time typing this already. Any insight into this type of situation? Should I just stay quiet and wait for an email asking to interview?
