ER Exit opps to HF from well-known MM Firms
What are the chances of recruiting at a HF from a well-known MM ER firm (Extane, Bernstein) in London? I've seen some people getting into citadel but these are usually oxbridge educated.

What are the exit opps from the American BB?
I’ve seen a lot of junior hiring from the main L/S but I’m seeing a lot M&A hiring and less backgrounds from ER.
Am I right in thinking that the ratio is usually 70:30 in favour to M&A?
