I have an offer from a middle market firm in spec pharma. Quick background on me: I have a Ph.D in biology and have worked as a management consultant for a company that does pharma/biotech consulting. What kind of salary should I expect. Any insight would be welcome. The firm has not made me a final offer yet, but all indications are pointing in that direction.
