ER Interview - Consulting Firm

Currently, I am in the process of interviewing for an ER position at a consulting firm (i.e. WTW/Mercer/Aon). I'm looking for some advice about the role and any insight that can be offered regarding ER at a consulting firm compared to a BB. Please note this is an entry level position.
