Hey all,
Curious what ER groups take MBA graduates these days? Transitioning from military service so a long ways from having industry experience however I find ER work more interesting compared to IB and other MBA roles based on what I've read and heard. Curious if it is a realistic post MBA goal these days.

We do but afaik there is no formal "MBA associate" hiring. You're just hired like any other associate.
Yep same pay
No formal program but some shops bring you in as a senior associate rather than associate with higher comp
