ER recruiting
Just wanted to see what the general view is here.
When someone fairly senior moves firms for a more senior role, would they usually build out their own team there and bring people across? Or are they simply integrating into the team at their new firm?
I have seen both, new analyst who brought their associates with them and another who picked up a cpl free agents when they joined. Think it is fairly common to leave with / bring along at least a part of, if not your whole team when changing banks.
Cheers for the answer within a minute of posting. SB to you! Would it be possible to PM you a few questions about recruiting? Thanks!
sure thing.
