Exploding Offer - Should I Still Recruit for ER?
Worked as a summer analyst in IB and received a return offer, but was given only 24 hours to accept it. I accepted due to the short deadline, but I’m still interested in potentially recruiting for ER opportunities due to personal family reasons.
If I were to recruit for ER, how should I approach telling employers that I’ve already accepted an offer? Would this be viewed negatively? Or should I just suck it up and stick with my original offer rather than applying elsewhere?
