I have a final round interview coming up with an equity research firm and I really want the job. It's really interesting coverage and seems like a great place to work.
Interviewing actually for this round with the same people I had interviewed with before...any ideas of what to expect the second time around? More fit this time, given that the first one was more technical?
You're likely guessing in the right direction, but maybe if you post a little more info about the group more people can help you out......
Yeah. More fit. Just be nice and be yourself. Better to lose the offer here and wind up somewhere with folks you'd enjoy working with than get the offer here and miss out on a better place.
It's an independent shop. Coming from a non-target MBA program straight from a non-target undergrad. Hoping they give me a shot because I think I can be a value-add. Thanks for the input.
