Finding a team after an getting an offer - expecting a call
I will join the ER division of a BB in the fall. I haven't been assigned a sector yet but I have a call scheduled with one team. I am quite unfamiliar with this process as I had always been assigned to a sector. Are those calls pure fit? Or can it be technical (need to brush up some concepts?)? Is it likely I will be assigned to this team or should I expect other teams to contact me? Anyone familiar with this?
