Full-Time Offers Goldman Sachs and Middle Market
Have a full-time offer for the analyst research training program (ART) in Salt Lake City (2-year program with option to continue after two years if perform well) and a few offers at middle market firms for equity research as well.
Any tips on what I should choose?
You should take into account that the Salt Lake City role will be more of a support role for the writing team in NY than it is front office. I would think it's fairly difficult (although not impossible) to get transferred to NY so if you're really excited about equity research (meeting clients, working with your analyst, going to earnings, etc) it's probably best to go for the MM if they are located in NY.
