How different are ER bonuses to Banking
Hi all,
Just wanted to get a sense of the diff between ER bonuses and Banking. How much does it differ at the different levels? For a Bulge Bracket. Is it really significant?

I'm at a BB doing ER and I've heard of first years pulling bonuses north of 30k— someone even said top ranked got 50k (prorated)
