How does sell-side guarantee period work?
Curious how does the "guarantee period" work for covering/senior analysts joining from another bank? Is it still a standard practice in this environment? Assuming the guarantee period is two years, will the analyst get all remaining salary and bonus if they get fired within two years? Thanks.
