How progressive is your workplace environment?

In general, my surface-level understanding is that IBs have loosened up a little over the past few years especially as tech has introduced new-age environments, but are still among the most stiff professions. I'm wondering if ER departments of IBs, or separate ER shops tend to be more casual or progressive? I ask regarding dress, demeanor, and remote/hybrid environments.

Would appreciate hearing your thoughts; also, please correct me if I'm wrong re: my IB judgements. Thanks !

Not too sure about culture, but I have noticed in interviews with analysts remote work is something embraced.  Allot of analysts I have met have some type of hybrid model going on, some even had teams where every member was in a completely different city across the country. ER is much more justifiable to be based remote but I think you will find there are more people in ER in the office than not
