How strict is the "2+ years experience" thing when applying for analyst/associate positions?
Trying to break into the ER space (specifically Life Sciences) and am applying online to multiple places. I have past internship experience in life sciences-business role function. Was wondering if anyone who has experience screening resumes thinks the 2+ yrs criteria is really adhered to. Any info would be great!
