How to write ER experience on resume

Hey guys,

If you have two experiences at two firms and essentially do the same work, how do you write about the two experiences. I feel like the second ER job just repeats the first one.

How do you quantify your job results? I find it really difficult to put ER job duty results on resume like IB or consulting.

Thanks.

For the earlier experience, you can include just the lead analyst name, coverage companies, ranking vs peers (if top) and awards/recognition given by the department (if any). For the most recent experience, you can include the above plus typical ER responsibility bullet point.

“Quantification” can include ranking vs peers, awards/recognition, cross sector research, and leadership activities.

But if you list your covered 20 something companies a couple of years ago. Do you think the interviewer may ask you about them although you have not touched those companies for a long time?
