Currently in first year ER with a masters. Lateraling to a MM shop with new coverage where I have a few years of industry experience in. Jumping 3 levels of seniority to ASO1 with base 135k, expected bonus 20%-35%, and ~10k-20k signing/relo. Will be eligible for full bonus at new shop. Expect next year to be flattish due to signing bonus.
Do you think it's a fair/high comp or do I have wiggle room to negeotiate for more?
