I am currently enrolled in my senior year of Mechanical Engineering but for a course named “Projects Management”, my instructor requested the class to submit a semester’s end paper and I opted to write a M&A scenario pitchbook where Walt Disney Company buys MGM Resorts International, hence I need to understand how do these two companies make profits, therefore can anyone provide me some BB’s Equity Research documents related to The Walt Disney Company and MGM Resorts International.
