Intern Comp
I recently had a first round interview with a MM bank for an ER internship. They asked what my target comp would be, and I said "market salary, 35-40 an hour" because that's what it is at BBs. They said it would be more like 17-20 an hour.. Is this normal? Does it reflect comp at the full-time level?
