Is this a benefit or a drawback

I will be graduating after the fall semester in 2011, so Dec. 2011 rather than May. I am just finishing up an internship in ops, but since I still have another summer before I graduate I'm hoping to get an ER or IBD internship. Will my early graduation be good or bad for FT opportunity........if I can land the internship I want?
