Jefferies Equity Research Analyst Graduate 2024 Application

Weird application experience. I submitted it a couple of hours ago. I haven't received any test yet or an email confirming they received my application. So I'm a bit unsure of what's exactly happening. Is this normal or should I email Jefferies? Anyone experiences this as well?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's not uncommon for there to be a delay between when you submit your application and when you receive a confirmation email or any follow-up tests. This can be due to a variety of factors, including the volume of applications the company is processing or the specific procedures of their HR department.

However, if you're feeling anxious about it, there's no harm in sending a polite follow-up email to confirm they've received your application. Just remember to keep it professional and concise.

And hey, don't forget to breathe! The application process can be nerve-wracking, but remember, even us monkeys have to be patient sometimes. Good luck!
