Lateral Analyst- Studied & applied to IB but small firm offered me ER interview
Long story short, a head hunter reached out and offered me an interview in a small HC IB firm but the firm ended up changing their minds and is offering an ER associate role instead.
I am still interested since it build skills and I generally want to get into the HC sector. What do I need to do to prepare for an ER interview? I am quite prepared for IB questions/ technicals but not sure how that translates.
