Leaving a BB IB as a research consultant to join a mid tier bank?
Hi all,
I currently work as a research associate as a CONSULTANT at a BB IB. I currently have offers to move to a mid tier IB & Wolfe Research. What are your guys thoughts on this?
Would probably need more color on your long term career goals and the sector you’ll be potentially covering for both offers. Without any info, would lean towards the MM IB offer. Wolfe isn’t known for treating their juniors well.
Wait what does the consultant role entail? Are you a contractor?
