Legal Issues w/ Setting up an "Advisory Group"
I intend to set up an advisory group that publishes economic and equities research. If my reports have a buy/hold/sell recommendation, do I have to have any licenses or could I be covered with some sort of disclaimer. Any insight into this would be appreciated. And any other things that I should be thinking about while creating this.
