Hi I was just curious about the main difference between a local research house and a international bulge bracket in terms of the research and the service they produce.
It seems to me that BB analysts are almost always paid more at every level, but the functions they serve (corporate access, provide insight, etc) are attainable by local research house analysts. So what makes for the discrepancy between the payroll of these 2 analysts?
