Hi everyone, looking for some answers to some very broad questions.

What pathways did you take to get into Equity Research - what did you study (if anything), how did you go about learning outside of a university (or something similar).

On another note, when conducting research on a company, what are your favourite things to look at? Is it management, financial statements, industry prospects or something else?
