Lots of experience with one company, or some experience across many?
Just curious what a better career plan for somebody wanting to get into ER would be. Spend all those years leading up with one company, learning as much as possible, or jump around getting a broader experience but with perhaps less depth?
Specifically I work for a fracking company, want to cover oilfield services, but can't decide if I should focus on staying within my current firm or jumping around a bit.
