Hey all,
Interning at Manning & Napier this summer in their ER group. Anyone know anything about the firm? They seem fairly well-known at least in the smaller AM space. If I end up back at the firm full-time I'd love to hear any thoughts on comp/exit ops/etc. etc.

They are a long only out of Rochester, publicly traded. Met people at investor events from that shop, they seem smart. They bet very incorrectly leading up to the oil crash of 2016 so the firm got a lot smaller after that.
Cool, thanks. Seeing as you're a HF guy, do you ever see buyside ER guys at smaller firms like M&N make it to HFs? Not necessarily megafunds but just generally. It's definitely an exit op that I'm interested in long-term
