Mentorship in ER?
I’m about to start my junior summer internship in Equity Research this summer. I am wondering if groups typically have mentorship programs or mentors assigned to interns or new associates? Have heard certain ib folk do so

Depends on the firms, some do it explicitly.
If they don't, go find your own mentor. Start with anyone where you have some affinity (alum is the top of my mind), and reach out to grab coffee.
