Modeling help: Model New

Hi. I have seen other threads about this and I've tried implementing Marcus Halberstrams suggestions from the model help O thread (can't post links).
However, I don't really know what I'm doing and I have a deadline coming up (interview).

Without the revolver, the company runs out of cash the last couple of years and we don't want that...

Also the b/s doesn't quite balance and I can't see what I've done wrong. If anyone wants to have a quick look I would very much appreciate it.
