move to er from transaction services

My long-term career goal is unequivocally ER and I'm posting to gather some direct advice on my career path.

I've been attempting to make a move to ER from big4 transaction services - background below: -Top 10 undergraduate university (though liberal arts major) -CPA -FIG focus in Transaction Services for 2 years -General audit experience for 2 years

Have interviewed with 1 BB, 1 boutique without success. I've applied directly with all of the BB online, and I'm starting to think this might not happen in the next year. I'm considering the following options, which your advice would be appreciated:

1) Continue in TS and press forward with ER applications/interviews (if so, perhaps someone could name a few boutiques or recruiters?) 2) Move to industry in a corp. development role/finance within the next few months, then either enter ER from there or head to b-school 3) B-school next year then ER
