Moving from a MM firm to Truist?

Hey all - currently doing ER at a MM firm - think Cowen, KBW, Piper, Cantor.

Considering a move to Truist in a more senior seat.

Any thoughts on this?

Truist doesn’t not have the ER reputation (atleast I believe), so I am a bit nervous to make the potential move.

Comp would be substantially more than I am making in my current seat.

Is this suicide or is this a vertical move. Thoughts?

Edit: unsure why the spacing after the word “truist” is coming in strangely, so apologies.

Thanks a lot - I was more concerned about the reputation of Truist within ER.

Happy to hear it’s more reputable in your opinion.
