Hi all, I am a senior at a semi-target studying finance. I’ve done several internships in equity research culminating in a BB ER summer role last year. I was unable to convert to full time due to “headcount” and have been job hunting with little to no luck. Wanted people’s thoughts on how I could leverage my existing experience and what kind of roles to target, as ER roles are scarce. Would appreciate any wisdom/advice…
