Partner in building a model

Hope everyone is well.

Was wondering if anyone is interested in building a model with me? I am a novice and this would be my second model (the first being a retail model). If you're experienced you can take the lead and I'll work under your guidance and if you're at the same level as me, it would be a shared learning experience.

Basically, I want to model something other than retail and will be using this model along with an independently written research report to showcase my abilities to potential future employers.

And of course we will both have rights to the model itself.
