Kinda in a weird spot given they’d need to sponsor my visa so not feeling great about it. Wonder if anyone can comment on this.
Btw my steps were hirevue —> HR recruiter —> director of research —> analyst —> associate —> writing test —> superday

I don’t know tbh. Some firms give them some don’t. I had the same hirevue as you and left in the dark.
It's earnings week. No one is going to host interviews while that's going on and most people go on break right after in mid-August.
Should expect to hear news early September.
