Did one recently for event driven desk and it was super simple stuff—, What are my strengths and weaknesses, why am I excited about Piper Sandler, what about my past experience would make me a good member of the team…I think I naturally was able to express relevant knowledge that they moved me on…fwiw the MD said I was the only person that smiled on the video and seemed to be pleased w that..

Congrats! I submitted the HireVue earlier today and hoping to get an invite for the next stage.
Goodluck - you know how many seats there are? Also I’m not any of the commenters above lol
Kinda in a weird spot given they’d need to sponsor my visa so not feeling great about it. Wonder if anyone can comment on this.
Btw my steps were hirevue —> HR recruiter —> director of research —> analyst —> associate —> writing test —> superday
Hopefully an offer after haha. All of these took a week to a week and a half in between.

I don’t know tbh. Some firms give them some don’t. I had the same hirevue as you and left in the dark.
It's earnings week. No one is going to host interviews while that's going on and most people go on break right after in mid-August.
Should expect to hear news early September.
