Programs Like Fidelity

I recently learned about the Summer Associate Internship program at Fidelity and it seems like a perfect opportunity for me. However, it is my understanding that it is very competitive. I'm looking for a list of places with similar programs - I know that putnam, eaton vance, and MFS have some similar programs in the boston area. Can anyone add some names to my search list?

Putnam's is the only undergraduate program I know of that is similar to Fidelity's. It was actually modeled after Fidelity's program after a bunch of Fidelity vets moved to Putnam. The others offer a completely different undergrad program where you are an assistant to an analyst, whereas at Putnam and Fidelity you start as a Junior Analyst with your own coverage universe (much more freedom, ownership of your work, etc.). You could add Wellington to your list in the Boston area (not the same program as Putnam or Fidelity but a really good name brand). There may be others around (not sure what the internship/undergrad program is like at places like T Rowe, Dodge & Cox, etc.), but to my knowledge the Fidelity/Putnam role is pretty unique to the industry; most recruiting for analyst-type roles is out of MBA.
