Public REIT Analysis - Possible to value individual properties using public data?
Looking through public filings and disclosures, trying to get to the market/today value of the real estate on a firm's B/S but unable to do so. For example, looking at this filing on page https://ir.prologis.com/financials/annual-reports… 100, I can see the break out of the carrying/book value of their assets but do not see where else in the doc I can get to an appraised or market value today number. Not trying to value the firm but the standalone land and bldg improvements. Any help appreciated.
