RayJay ER Culture

I have heard that the culture of Raymond James' Equity Research division in Houston is toxic, to put it lightly.

Can anyone offer more insight to this?

Also heard there was a sizeable amount of exits after bonus payouts...

RJ is a decent MM firm that pays ~street pay. Their research team is actually quite impressive. They have some smart guys working there putting out quality research.
