I was wondering if anyone has any advice about selecting a research team to work with for full time. I am going to a BB bank for ER and I was told that the there is some sort of matching process in the coming months. I was wondering (besides rank) what are some of the things I should look for in a team. Also, once I have identified the teams with openings that I am interested in, how could I best position myself to get matched with the team.
