SIG Equity Research Associate Intern Interview

Hello,

I had recently applied to SIG for the role of an Equity Research Associate Intern for next summer. I received an interview invite for them, for what seems like a behavioral test. The test is hosted on mettl. What kind of questions do they ask in such tests and how should I prepare for it? Also, what are the next steps in the interviews for an equity research associate role? I have been preparing for and applying to quant positions, and this is the first Equity Research Associate role which I applied to, so I wanted to know if the process for recruitment is similar to the quants, or if there is a difference.

Additionally, if anyone here has recently joined SIG, could you please tell me what the work culture is like? I had a friend intern over there a couple of summers ago, and he had pretty negative reviews of the work and the management.
