SIG Equity Research Comp

Does anyone have a pulse on this position?

Have an offer for internship in SIG's NYC office for Equity Research, getting paid a base of 175k with a sign-on bonus and housing/food.

Looking for information for how comp works for full-times. Does base stay the same, and how does the bonus structure work?

Thanks in advance! May also crosspost to S&T.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, SIG (Susquehanna International Group) internships in Equity Research are known to offer competitive compensation, and it seems your offer aligns with that trend. However, for full-time roles, specific details on compensation progression aren't explicitly outlined in the available threads.

Typically, in similar roles, the base salary might remain consistent or slightly increase when transitioning from an internship to a full-time position. Bonuses are often performance-based and can vary depending on individual and team performance, as well as the firm's overall success. For SIG, the bonus structure could also be influenced by the profitability of the strategies or sectors you cover.

If you're looking for more precise details, it might be worth reaching out to current or former SIG employees or checking additional WSO threads for insights.
