Have an offer for internship in SIG's NYC office for Equity Research, getting paid a base of 175k with a sign-on bonus and housing/food.
Looking for information for how comp works for full-times. Does base stay the same, and how does the bonus structure work?

Not for SIG specifically, but 175k base for ER is market pay for someone with 3-5 YOE in a Senior Associate position. Biotech and TMT tend to fetch higher than other sectors.
