Starting an equity research boutique
I would like to start an equity research boutique or website or blog, and I believe that I have the skills and ability to do it. I am a seekingalpha contributor, and the stocks that i have covered has been doing really well. I am a junior student pursuing a bachelor degree in finance. I have a few questions : a) do i need to pass any licence? b) legal structure? I would like to know whatever is relevant. Thank you!
You need to actually work in the industry to see what it is like first. Trust me it is a lot different than submitting some articles to Seeking Alpha.
