stock pitch to get the interview throught networking

I all, i have seen a lot of topic about advice for stock pitch in a interview like this: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/blog/whs-interview… Amazing post and very useful but i diden't find post regarding the stock pitch to be sent through mail when I do networking to prove passion and interest. I have some doubt like: - how much page i have to write and i have to follow the structure in the post above - i need to attach the Excel model, I don't have experience in ER but i can obtain a model from friend that do ER and can explain this to me. I appreciate if you have any link, advice or material to follow. Thank you

no one really sends stock pitches (not that I know of), you send PPTs that assist you giving a stock pitch, reports: detailed or one/two page, maybe even update notes assuming you have already sent your reports (along with the copy of the first report you sent-unlikely that a situation needing this will be there but you could try that if you want to) http://www.yusif.ca/events/monthly-stock-pitches/ --- PPTs for pitches

for stock pitches you pitch, they have to be fluid, think like you would be talking to a person on the phone (the disadvantage of not having body-language at your disposal) and have to sell something (not like a cold call), at work you speak with clients who have also done their research (in most cases), so they ask about anything they are not convinced about in your report or maybe they want more details, because of that it cannot strictly be a formal stock pitch as such, think of it as giving the relevant info in a to-the-point conversation, to save their time and yours .... more formal would be a roadshow or a non-deal road show, for this presentations are more common with Q/As at the end, there could be meetings as well but presentations are not excluded from these https://www.powerltd.com/ipo/ http://www.investopedia.com/articles/investing/020916/inside-ipo-roadsh… https://www.cravath.com/files/Uploads/Documents/The%20Nuts%20and%20Bolt…
