Stuck in ER

Been in ER for 2 years. Pay is fine, culture is solid, yada yada everything is good on the surface. But just starting to realize this isn't the area of finance I want to be in long-term (by this "area" I mean ER/HF/Long-Only shops).

Just looking for thoughts, ideas, and/or any similar experiences out there. Thanks in advance.
