Submitting personal ER reports for ER/HF internship interviews?
I’ve been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to write a few of what I believe to be strong ER reports in the past year in a particular sector. Is there a particular etiquette or conduct to submit these, or is it not typically done? any help would be appreciated

I would try and meet and talk with someone first, and then drop that you’ve been working on research and are seeking feedback on it. No matter how strong it is , a veteran analyst will likely be able to poke holes in it. Focus also on being able to pitch the stock you’ve researched.
