Susquehanna SIG internship - likelihood of full time offer?

I'm wondering if summer SIG equity research internships typically lead to full-time offers. How badly would I have to mess up to not get a Full Time offer? Or do summer interns at SIG ER rarely get offers?

Thanks

I know one gas feen who shmoked ciggies at Sig and didn't get a return offer so he went to burn the midnight oil at Rubicon. Not sure if that helps, but I hope it does. Which office are you referring to brethren?

If you’re talking about the Dublin office and not Philly, from my cohort all the summer interns got invited back who wanted it. I think the Co-op/placement year ER interns had similar experiences. As you’d expect the success rate of a return offers for the quants was a different story.

This is true, however almost everyone who got a return offer had familial connections.OP, your best bet is to network for full time ER roles at smaller boutiques in London once you start your internship.
