This Kid Thinks He's Got It

Check out this article I found online about investing in facebook. Take note on how horribly written it is and how it offers no evidence to the writer's argument. It was just so bad I had to share.

A few quotes of note:

" Facebook is already riding alongside the top of the diminishing return curve and if they do not find another source of revenue, the social media giant will be extinct."

"I am using a point and figure chart to observe the supply and demand of the shares and with great difficulty trying to observe where this stock is going."

"Well, you know, I was a human being before I became a businessman." -- George Soros

I would not recommend buying this stock anytime soon, particularly in this period of economic obscurity and future decline of the global economy.

So... um, short SPX? Or... how you figure that out so good?

Demand possibly will pick up a little this week and bring the price back up, but I imagine this would only be temporary.

Good call. Me too.

My favorite part of it is his bashing of the company for having no tangible value... i guess he's talking about tangible book value since he was referring to the financials. Reminds me of a dunce I know, who once told me he was short PG and CLX because they had negative net tangible book value!!! I couldn't keep a straight face lol. I'm often surprised at how many people have no clue on how to apply metrics correctly.
