Thoughts about SMIFs (usefulness, participation, improvement possibilities...)
Hi guys, I live in a non-English country and SMIFs aren't common out of the US/Canada/UK. So I wanted to know if you participated in one of them and whether it was useful to boost your career. Moreover, which things were the best and worst of that? Notice I'm posting this in ER, but it applies to AM, IB, and so on. Thanks!
